Warehouse (WMS) · transport
The TMS comes built in. Every truck, in and out.
Warehouse comes with Routes, the ANNEX ORBIS TMS. Build and dispatch loads on your own trucks from the same sign-in as your stock, send each customer a link to follow the delivery, and open the links your carriers send you.

Where it works
The office on the web. The stop in the driver’s apps. The link on any phone.
The WMS and the TMS run in the web app on a computer, or in a tablet browser 768 px and wider. The driver’s tablet and phone apps record each stop. A tracking link opens in any browser, phones included.
Transport, surface by surface
- WebAvailableThe load builder and dispatch board. Tracking links, proof choices, sea BOLs and the beacon portal are in testing. A computer, or a tablet browser 768 px and wider.
- TabletIn testingThe driver’s cab tablet records arrival and departure at each stop and relays the beacon. Its Warehouse area is a read-only list. Debug builds on company devices.
- MobileIn testingThe driver’s phone app records the proof each stop asks for, as text, and relays the beacon. A phone’s browser opens tracking links, not the WMS.
Your own trucks · TMS
Your trucks run on the same system as your stock.
Routes is the same TMS we build for trucking companies. Build a load out of your building with every stop’s appointment and paperwork numbers, give it a truck and a driver, and run the day from one board.

- References on every stopUp to five per stop: BOL, PO, pickup and delivery numbers, or your own.

Tracking links
See the carrier’s truck before it reaches your door.
A carrier on ANNEX ORBIS sends your receiving office a link to its stop at your building. Confirm a six-digit code once, then follow the ETA, the appointment and every arrival and departure on the way. Your own loads send your customers the same link.
In testing
- A six-digit code to the email address the link was sent to, before anything shows
- The truck on a map only while it’s on its way to your stop
- The driver’s estimate beside the automatic one, with a Late flag
- Opens in any browser, phones included
- Updates by email: on the way, arrived, done, running lateComing
- The BOL and packing list on the link, when the carrier shares themComing
- Links, codes and updates by text to a US mobile numberComing
- Connections between companies: an approved list of your carriers, and their inbound loads without a link each timeComing

Proof at the stop
The seal number is on the load before the truck pulls out.
Pick what each stop needs from a catalogue — a seal number, the BOL signer, a piece or pallet count — or apply a pack of them at once. The driver records each one in the phone app at the stop, and the stop’s geofence notes when the truck arrived and when it left.

Ocean freight
Containers on the water, handed to receiving.
Import the BOLs you expect from a CSV, or track one by hand. Each milestone — vessel arrived, berthed, cargo discharged, released, picked up — is kept with its source and time, and the shipment is handed to your building and its onward route.
In testing
- Master and house BOLs and sea waybills, from reviewed CSV rows
- Every milestone with its source; a correction carries a reason and keeps the first record
- Saved views per customer, such as all of Bluebonnet Foods’ BOLs
- A hand-off to your building and the onward route, matched to an open receipt when there is one
Vessel positions are sourced and dated. There is no live vessel feed.

Freight Beacon
A tracker packed with the freight.
The Freight Beacon rides in its own box inside a pallet and reports where the freight is, in the same portal as your trucks. Today a development unit wakes every 15 minutes and hands its position to a nearby driver’s phone or tablet app over Bluetooth.

FAQ
Questions warehouses ask
Do we have to turn on the TMS?
Yes. Warehouse comes with Routes, the ANNEX ORBIS TMS, and Routes brings Workforce and Accounting with it. You don’t need trucks of your own: tracking links, sea BOLs and the Freight Beacon portal live there too. If you run trucks, the load builder and dispatch board are available today.
Can we see our carriers’ trucks coming in?
Yes, when the carrier works on ANNEX ORBIS and sends your receiving office a tracking link to its stop: the ETA, the appointment and the truck on a map while it’s on its way. Tracking links are in testing. Connections between companies are coming, and will show an approved carrier’s inbound loads without a link each time.
Can our receiving team open it on a phone?
A tracking link, yes: it opens in any phone browser after the code check. The WMS and the TMS don’t open in a phone’s browser; use a computer or a tablet browser 768 px and wider. The phone and tablet apps are debug builds on company devices today.
Do drivers send photos of the seal and the signed BOL?
Photos of the seal, the BOL and the signed POD are coming. Today, in testing, the driver records the seal number, the BOL signer and the pallet count as text in the phone app, and each one is kept on the stop.
Can our trucks bill detention when a customer’s dock keeps them waiting?
Detention billing is coming: worked out from each stop’s geofence times, at each place’s free time and your rate. The geofence arrival and departure times it starts from are in testing today.
Is the vessel position live?
No. Sea tracking keeps each BOL’s milestones and any vessel position with its source and time, from your CSV import or entered by hand. There is no live vessel feed, and we don’t take EDI.
