For carriers

From the cab to the books.

Hours of service and truck navigation on the driver’s screen. A TMS for dispatch and loads, plus phones, email and accounting in the office. One platform and one sign-in for the whole carrier.

Three screens from one carrier: the cab tablet’s truck navigation with the driver’s hours on the map, the driver’s phone showing hours of service, and the office’s dispatch board with the same load’s arrival time.

ELD + navigation

Hours of service, on the map.

The ELD records the truck’s hours. The navigation routes the truck for its size, weight and hazmat, and keeps the driver’s time left beside the next turn. Dispatch sees the same clocks in the office.

Logs fill themselves while the truck rolls. At any stop, the driver can choose any status, Drive included.

One load, start to finish

Follow a load from the cab to the books.

One fictional load, L-2048, Springfield, Ohio to Austin, Texas. Every step happens on the same platform.

  1. 6:05 AM

    Driver’s phone

    The walk-around

The driver runs the carrier’s pre-trip checklist on the phone and certifies it. A defect goes to the office for repair.

    Office

    L-2048 is dispatched

Dispatch builds the three-stop load with appointments and sends it. The driver accepts the offer in the app.

  3. 6:40 AM

    Cab

    Routed for this truck

Guidance avoids roads the truck can’t take. The driver’s drive time sits on the map, next to the next turn.

  4. 11:10 AM

    Office

    The broker calls

Dispatch answers the business line in the browser, and the call lands in the line’s log. The broker’s emails are already filed on their record.

Delivered, in and out on record

The geofence records arrival and departure at the receiver. Detention billed from those times, at your rate, is coming.

    Office

    Invoice to the broker

A numbered invoice goes out by email. When the payment lands, the bank feed suggests the match and a person confirms it.

  7. Friday

    Office

    The driver’s pay, on record

The driver’s agreement, by the mile, stop or percentage, is on file. Payroll runs with your provider, and its pay run imports into the books.

Run the office

The back office lives here too.

Email, phone, texts, accounting, files and e-signature run on the same sign-in as the trucks, so the broker’s email, the rate con and the invoice live in one place.

FAQ

Questions carriers ask

Is the ELD registered with FMCSA?

Not yet. Registration is in progress and the ELD is in field testing. A carrier may rely only on an ELD on FMCSA’s registered list (49 CFR 395.22(a)), so until ours is listed it runs alongside the ELD you use today.

What does $45 a month include?

The ELD on lease and commercial truck navigation, for solo or team drivers, with software updates. Setup is a one-time $50 per ELD, shipping to the continental U.S. included. The cab tablet isn’t included, and the TMS is priced separately.

Which phones and tablets do drivers use?

Drivers use the Annex Orbis app on an Android phone, with an Android tablet in the cab for navigation (Android 8.0 or newer, GPS and its own cellular plan preferred). It’s in testing on company devices and not in the app stores yet. iPhone and iPad apps are in earlier testing; inspections and fuel receipts need the Android phone today.

Is this a payroll service?

No. We keep every driver’s pay agreement and import pay runs from Gusto, Rippling, ADP or a CSV into the books; settlement records are coming. Tax withholding, direct deposit and W-2s stay with your payroll provider.

Can we use our own email domain?

Yes. Company mailboxes and shared inboxes like dispatch@ can run on your own domain after a guided DNS setup, which is in testing.

How do we get started?

Talk to us. We set up your company, trucks and drivers with you; there’s no self-serve sign-up yet.
