Everything the office runs on, grouped by the job.

Each product has its own page: what it does, where it works, and what isn’t built yet.

Where it works

Every product, on every screen, with its status.

Web is the web app on a computer or in a tablet’s browser. Tablet and Mobile are the ANNEX ORBIS apps. A phone’s browser can’t open the web app, so on a phone you use the mobile app.

The tablet and mobile apps are test builds on company devices, not in any app store. Apart from calls ringing the tablet app, in testing, no app or browser sends notifications today.

Phone

Four ways to the business line. Today, it’s the browser.

The web app places and answers calls now, and the tablet app does too, in testing. The mobile app keeps the call log, and a desk phone is planned. Here is each one, plainly.

  • Web app

    Available

Place and answer calls on a computer or in a tablet’s browser, on lines already on the platform.

  • Tablet app

    In testing

Place and answer calls in the app. Calls ring it by push, even when it’s locked. The call log and follow-ups are there too.

  • Mobile app

    In testing

The call log and follow-ups. It can’t place or take calls today; calling in the app is coming.

  • Desk phone

One customer, every channel

A broker’s morning, filed on one record.

A call, a text, an email and a signed rate con from Mesa Ridge Logistics. Each one lands on the same customer record, so whoever picks it up next sees the whole morning. Each step carries its own status.

  1. 8:52 AM

    Phone

    Rosa calls the main line.

Sofia Marin answers in the web app and books load 48213 for Thursday.

  2. 9:05 AM

    Texts

She texts the new pickup time.

The text comes from Rosa’s number, which is already on Mesa Ridge’s record.

    The rate con reaches dispatch@.

Mail from rosa@mesaridge.example files itself to Mesa Ridge Logistics.

HAL, across the office

Ask HAL. By default, it waits for your yes.

HAL is the assistant in the web app. Type what you need and it opens the page and reads it back. On pages built for it, like Contacts, it fills in the change. In Ask first, the setting it starts in, nothing saves until you confirm.

  • By text in the web app: opens pages and reads themAvailable
  • Fills in a change and waits for your yesIn testing
  • By voiceIn testing

In the tablet and mobile apps, HAL works with driver pages and your account, not the office products.

Security

Each company’s data, kept apart.

Every file is encrypted at rest, and each company works in its own space, with its own members and roles. For the most private papers, seal a folder and name who holds its keys.

  • Every file encrypted at restAvailable
  • Each company’s data kept apartAvailable
  • Sealed folders with named key holdersIn testing
  • A key per companyComing

Sealed folders aren’t sealed from us: our servers hold the keys, and a legal hold can still open one. There’s no password vault.

How sealed folders work

Status, plainly

What’s ready, what’s in testing, what’s coming.

  • A password manager
  • Bringing your current number (porting)
  • Pictures in texts (MMS)
  • Other mail apps (IMAP or Outlook)
  • Meeting recordings and transcripts

FAQ

Questions offices ask

Is this a web app or an app we install?

Both. The web app runs in a browser on a computer or a tablet. The tablet and mobile apps carry most of the same products, on the same sign-in. Today they’re test builds on company devices, not in any app store.

Can I use it from my phone?

Through the mobile app, which is in testing. A phone’s browser can’t open the web app; it shows a note to use a tablet or a computer. The mobile app can’t place or take calls or join a meeting yet, and agreements can’t be signed on a phone.

Can we keep our current phone number?

Not today. Bringing a number over (porting) isn’t offered. A new local or toll-free number from the platform is in testing, and texting from it waits on carrier registration.

Can we read our mail in Outlook or a phone’s mail app?

No. There’s no IMAP, POP or Outlook access. Mail is read in the web app, and in plain text in the tablet and mobile apps.

Who can see our files and messages?

People in your company, by the role each one holds. Every file is encrypted at rest, and each company’s data is kept apart. Sealed folders, in testing, open in the app for the key holders you name. They aren’t sealed from us: our servers hold the keys, and a legal hold can open them.
