Rosa Delgado enters the lane and the carrier cost she has in hand. The broker view shows buy $2,150, sell $2,475 and $325 of margin — 13.1% — beside the miles, the hours-aware transit and the EIA weekly diesel average. She saves Q-000124 and shares its link: Bluebonnet sees the price, $2.09 a mile, the stops and the windows, never the cost or the margin.

    Available

Bluebonnet says yes by email, and Daniel Cruz builds the load: stops, appointments, the people at each dock, commodity and weight. Then he opens Ridgeline Freight LLC, USDOT 9900145 — authority, insurance filings, inspections and crashes from public FMCSA records, each with its date; the last full index ran Sep 19, 2026. One item to verify, a filing with a future cancellation date, sends him to the filings, where the replacement is on record. He keeps the dated evidence file.

    Coming

Daniel offers the load to Ridgeline at $2,150. It lands on Ridgeline’s dispatch board with the lane, stops, dates and equipment — never Larkspan’s sell rate. Ridgeline accepts or counters with a rate, and the rate con is drawn from the load, bound to the tender and signed on a phone.

Give the receiver a link, not a phone call

    In testing

Bluebonnet’s Austin receiving desk gets a link to its own stop. A six-digit code by email opens it: the stop and its appointment window, for 1 or 7 days, while other stops show only their kind and city. On loads your own trucks run, the same link moves with the load — on the way, arrived, delivered — and adds the truck on the leg into that stop, with the ETA.

Sofia Marin issues Bluebonnet’s invoice for $2,475 with its invoice link: Bluebonnet views it, saves the PDF, and approves or disputes it after a code. Ridgeline’s bill for $2,150 waits for approval — the person who enters a bill can’t approve it — and both land in the same books.

The broker platform

Everything a brokerage runs on, page by page.

Each page draws the real screens and says what works today and what’s next. Start with the job in front of you.

When the carrier runs ANNEX ORBIS too

Two companies, one record of the load.

ANNEX ORBIS is built for carriers too: the ELD, the dispatch board and the driver apps. When your carrier is on the platform, the load between you carries facts a phone call can’t: the board it lands on, the driver’s legal hours, the ELD’s position and the person signed in. All four are Coming — and possible only because one platform runs both sides.

  • Coming

The tender lands on the carrier’s board

Accepting puts the load on the carrier’s dispatch board and the driver’s phone, with the carrier of record written on it. Nobody re-keys a stop.

  • Coming

The driver’s legal hours, before you tender

See whether the carrier’s driver can make your window with the breaks and rest the rules require. It informs your tender; it never limits the driver.

  • Coming

Position and ETA from the carrier’s own ELD

Shared for this load only, on your screen and your receiver’s link — no separate tracking app for the driver.

  • Coming

A driver signed in as themselves

Under the carrier of record. If another company’s driver turns up at pickup, it stands out instead of hiding.

Where it works

At the desk, on a tablet, and on your shipper’s phone.

The brokerage runs in the web app, in a browser on a computer or a tablet. The tablet and phone apps are test builds on company devices, not in any app store. The links you send open on any phone.

The broker platform, by screen

  • WebAvailableRoute Estimate, carrier research, the load builder and dispatch board, shared inboxes, calling and the books, in a browser on a computer or a tablet. Broker pricing, tracking links and invoices are in testing.

  • MobileIn testingThe same at phone width: approve or reject a bill, record a payment you received, answer an email. Test builds on company phones.

A phone’s browser can’t open the workspace. It does open the links you send — the quote, the tracking link, the invoice — and the free FMCSA lookup.

FAQ

Questions brokers ask

Can I tender loads to carriers from ANNEX ORBIS today?

Not yet — tendering is Coming. Today you price the lane, build the load, check the carrier in public FMCSA records, and send the rate con and the carrier–broker agreement for e-signature from a computer or tablet browser (in testing). Next come carrier arrangements, tenders that land on the carrier’s dispatch board, and rate cons bound to the tender and signed on a phone.

Will my shipper ever see my buy rate or margin?

No. The quote link shows the price, the rate per mile, the equipment, the miles, the map, the stops with their windows, your note and how to reach you. Cost and margin stay in the broker view. There’s no accept button yet: the shipper answers by email or phone, and saying yes on the link is Coming.

Is the carrier check a safety score?

No. It reads public FMCSA records — authority, insurance filings, inspections, crashes and out-of-service history — with a date on every fact; the last full index ran on September 19, 2026. It lists items to verify, never a score, and it isn’t a live check of the business or of the person calling you. You make the call, and you keep the dated evidence file.

Can my shipper see where an outside carrier’s truck is?

Not yet. On loads your own drivers run, a tracking link shows the truck on the leg into the recipient’s stop, with the ETA. On any load it shows that stop and its appointment window after a six-digit code. The carrier’s own ELD position — for carriers on ANNEX ORBIS — and a share link for drivers who aren’t are Coming.

Do you connect to load boards, EDI, factoring or QuickBooks?

Not today, and the pages say so. Load boards, EDI, factoring, shipper credit checks, fuel surcharge tables and QuickBooks sync aren’t offered. The books run inside ANNEX ORBIS: the bank feed, ledger and core reports are available; invoices and carrier bills are in testing.

Can my reps work from their phones?

Not in a phone’s browser: the workspace opens on a computer or a tablet. The tablet and phone apps are test builds on company devices. Your shippers, receivers and carriers open quote, tracking and invoice links on any phone.
