Tracking & updates · for brokers

One link per person. Private by design.

Send the shipper, the receiver and the dock office each their own link to a load. It opens behind a six-digit code, shows the stop’s status, ETA and timeline, and shows the truck only on the drive into their stop — never at the customer before them.

Where it works

Made in the office. Opened on any phone.

You make and manage links in the web app. The people you send them to need no account and no app: their page opens in any browser, phones included.

Web, apps and the recipient’s phone

  • WebIn testingOn a computer or a tablet’s browser: create, copy and revoke links on the load’s Notifications sent tab, see who opened them, approve access requests.
  • TabletIn testingYour own drivers’ tablet and phone apps send the position, the stop events and the driver’s estimate a link shows. Debug builds on company devices.
  • MobileIn testingShippers and receivers open their link in a phone’s browser after the six-digit code. Your workspace itself opens on a computer or tablet, not a phone’s browser.

Send the link

A link for each person, not one link for everyone.

On the load’s Notifications sent tab, pick the stop, enter the person’s email and choose what they can follow and for how long. They get an emailed invitation. You get a list of everyone holding a link, how often each one opened it, and a Revoke button beside every name.

  • In testingOne stop or the whole loadA this-stop link names only that stop; the others show their kind and city. A whole-load link names every stop.
  • In testingA code before anything showsThe page opens only after a six-digit code sent to the address you entered. A code expires in 30 minutes.
  • In testing1 or 7 days, revoked any timeEach person’s link ends on its own date. Revoking one leaves everyone else’s working.

  • In testingOne link for a whole dockA postable link takes up to 100 uses for 1, 3 or 7 days. Each opener gives their own name and email and gets their own link.

Private by design

The truck shows on the drive into their stop. Nowhere else.

Your customers never need to know who else is on the load, or where the truck just was. So the exact position appears only while the truck heads to the recipient’s stop, from a fresh fix, once it is 500 m past the previous stop’s private fence.

Bluebonnet sees the truck only on the drive into Austin, and only since it passed 500 m beyond the Dallas customer’s fence. The earlier stops read “Pickup · Springfield, OH” and “Delivery · Dallas, TX”.

  • A fix under 2 minutes oldAn old position is withheld, never guessed.
  • 500 m past the previous fenceYour setting, never below 500 m, so the last customer’s site can’t be read off the map.
  • The same rule for historyPosition history on a link covers only the drive into that stop.

Your own trucks

Cover it with your own truck, and the link moves by itself.

When one of your trucks runs the load, your driver’s app sends the position, the stop events and the driver’s own estimate straight to every link on it. The ETA plans the driver’s hours, and dispatch gets a card when a truck leaves its route.

In testing

  • Live position from your driver’s phone or tablet app
  • Arrived and left times on every stop, as the driver records them
  • An ETA that lays in the breaks and rests the driver’s hours require
  • The driver’s estimate beside the automatic one, with the gap in minutes
  • Off-route cards for dispatch, and a new route approved from the truck’s position

Updates

Updates that reach them before they call.

Each recipient picks the updates they want — on the way, arrived, done, running late — by email or by text, and stops them in one click. The same link goes out by text as well as email, and carries the stop’s documents and the route’s updates.

Brokered loads

Next: the carrier’s truck on the same link.

Today the position and ETA on a link come from your own drivers’ apps. On a load an outside carrier hauls, the link carries the stops and appointments; the truck joins it from whichever source the carrier has — first its own ELD, when it runs ANNEX ORBIS.

When the carrier runs ANNEX ORBIS tooIts ELD already knows where the truck is and how many hours the driver has left. Shared for your load only, that becomes the position and the hours-aware ETA on your shipper’s link — with no extra app for the driver.Coming

FAQ

Questions brokers ask

Can my shipper see the truck on a load I broker out?

On loads your own trucks run, yes: the position, the ETA and the stop events come from your drivers’ apps. On a load an outside carrier hauls, the link carries the stops and appointments; the carrier’s truck on the link — from its ANNEX ORBIS ELD, a “Track a driver” link or a telematics feed — and status updates from your office are Coming.

Will the receiver see where the truck was before them?

No. The exact position shows only while the truck is heading to their stop, from a fix under 2 minutes old, once it is at least 500 m past the previous stop’s private fence. Position history follows the same rule. On a this-stop link, the other stops show only their kind and city.

Does the shipper need an account or an app?

No. They open the link in any browser, a phone’s included, and confirm the email address it was sent to with a six-digit code. The link does not add them to your organization, and it ends on its own after 1 or 7 days.

Will they get an email when the truck arrives?

That is Coming: updates by email for on the way, arrived, done and running late, each recipient choosing which. Today the page updates itself every 30 seconds while it is open, and you can see in the list how often each person opened it.

Can I text the link to a dock?

Links and codes by text are Coming. Today the invitation goes by email, and every link can be copied and sent however you like. For a whole receiving team, a postable link lets each person claim their own link with their own email.

What happens when a link expires?

The page asks the holder for their name and email and sends you an access request. You approve or deny it on the load, and approving gives them a new link of their own.
